Maintenance Manager
Ben Davis is the Maintenance Manager at Briarcliff Oaks. He has been with the company for eighteen (18) years as of June 8!
Ben is the person everyone turns to when something needs to be fixed. His knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills are invaluable to our community. Whether responding to work orders, preparing apartments for new residents, completing preventative maintenance, or tackling unexpected building issues, Ben consistently demonstrates professionalism and dedication.
Maintaining a 46-year-old building is no small task, but Ben’s expertise helps keep Briarcliff Oaks operating smoothly every day. His commitment to the property, residents, and staff has made a lasting impact.
Favorite part of the job:
My favorite part of the job is taking care of the residents of Briarcliff Oaks.
Hobbies/Interests:
I enjoy fishing, working on projects around my house and playing with my grandchildren.
Favorite work memory in the past year:
My favorite memory was my surprise party with all the residents in attendance for my 10-year work anniversary.
